March is National Nutrition Month, which encourages people to make informed food choices and develop healthy eating and physical activity habits. For National Nutrition Month at Brio Living Services, we are hosting an educational nutrition webinar with The Cedars of Dexter’s Executive Chef, Mark Banks. Chef Mark has been with us since 2017 and is an integral part of our Dining Services Team. He will tell us what a healthy plate looks like, share convenient and healthy meals to make at home, and offer tips on all around nutrition in your diet.
