Jennifer Shores, Director of Nursing at UMRC’s Kresge Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center, and her family moved to Michigan from Arizona last June. Her 14-year-old son, Gavin, was a member of the Flagstaff Rampage baseball team. The Kresge Center residents were delighted with the team’s kindness. “At a time in our world when they cannot even have visitors, they will read your kind sweet words,” Jennifer wrote back to the team. “They have smiles on their faces because of you!”
